To set up your SnapperMail for IMAP

If you follow these following steps you should be fine:
  1. Make sure that you have your current password, if you do not we DO NOT keep these on file (this is for security reasons and all passwords are encrypted on our server and we do not keep the key!), so we will have to generate a new one for you. Please contact us here for your details, remember to include your email address that you want reset.
  2. Assuming now you have your username, these are the settings that you require
  • Incomming or imap server is
  • select ssl as connection security type
  • port is 993
  • Outgoing or smtp server is
  • Select TLS for security connection type
  • port 587
Set Up Instructions :


  1. Tap Menu.
  2. Select Accounts.
  3. Select New Account....
  4. Select IMAP4....
  5. Type a name/description for the account.
  6. Type the following:
  7. Your name
  8. Your full email address
  9. Select Server.
  10. Select the following and type connection details:
  11. IMAP4 Server is
  12. Username is your full email address, including or
  13. Password is your email password
  14. SMTP Server is
  15. Username is your full email address, including or
  16. Password is your email password
  17. Select More...
  18. Select Always secure (wrapped port) under IMAP4 Settings.
  19. Select Always secure (wrapped port) under SMTP Settings.
  20. Deselect all checkboxes.
  21. Select OK, then OK again, then Done.
  22. Check our recommended client settings, and adjust your client's settings as needed.
